For filling preparation:- Firstly take a bowl. Add sattu, onion, garlic, Ginger, chilli. Mix well with help of spoon. Now add garam masala, chat masala, cumin seeds, onion seeds, oil, salt, kalaunji masala. Mix it very well. Now filling is ready.

Then take another large bowl. Add wheat flour, ghee,salt, sugar. Mix well. Add water as required. Now make a dough like roti Dough.

Now take a portion of Dough.give round shape. Make cavity in center. Fill with filling. And cover it gently. Now make all bati like this. Give Steam it for 2 minutes. Now take out from Steamer. And fry it in hot oil. Fry it for 4-5 minutes on medium flame. Ready to serve 😋😊.
