Steps

Take a bowl add flour, soji, sugar, ilachi, coconut powder, ilachi powder, oil, dry nuts & safiad til mix all thing's well & made a dough with the help of milk.

Make round shape roti from prepared dough & cut it into round shape tikiyan, remove extra dough.

Take a pan add oil & heat on medium flame, then fry all tikiyan until colour change into light golden.
- 4
Methi tikkiyan are ready to serve with tea......
