Cut and wash the Cauliflower. Then boiled it in hot water for 5 minutes.

In another pan, fry onions then add g, g paste then tomatoes.. Fry them until it becomes soft..

Now add all spices and mix them gently. Niw add potatoes and little water for potatoes to cook properly

When oil comes out, check that potatoes are soft or not, if cooked then ok, otherwise add some more water to cook properly

Now add boiled Cauliflower in the mixture and mix it gently.

Cover the pan for 5_10 minutes on low flame.

Spicy and yummmyyyyy bhujia is ready
