Method for kurmuri Bhindi:-
Wash and clean dry the okra. Cut the okra very thinly. You can cut length wise or round. Mix all the spices and flour and sprinkle on cut okras.
With a spatula gently mix so it covers all sliced okras. Let it marinate for about half an hour. - 2
In a frying pan heat oil on medium heat and deep fry in small batches.
Fry the okras till golden brown and crispy. Remove and let any extra oil drain on kitchen towel. - 3
In a jug add yogurt and water and whisk thoroughly. Add salt and roasted cumin powder and whisk again.

Assembling the chaat:-
In a glass add yogurt and add a layer of fried okras. Repeat the step. Drizzle some yogurt on top and sprinkle chaat masala.
Your bhindi chaat is ready to serve. - 5
