In a mixing bowl take flour, sugar, milk powder, yeast and mix well. Now add lukewarm milk little by little to the dry mixture to make a dough. Knead the dough for 5 to 6 minutes to make it smooth. Then cover it and let it rest for 1 hour. After 1 hour again knead the dough for 5 minutes, add the tutti frutti and knead to incorporate.

Now flatten the dough with the help of a rolling pin and cut into strips and roll them. Let them rise for 10 minutes. Then brush some milk over the rolled dough. Now bake them in a preheated oven at 170-degree centigrade for 15 to 18 minutes. After taking them out from the oven, brush some butter over the hot buns and let them cool. And they are ready for a big bite.
