To prepare mayonnaise. Soak cashew nuts in water for 15 minutes.

Take a jar extract water from cashew nuts, add remaining all lemon juice, frozen oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, Mustard powder 1 tsp and pulse them well. A thick healthy mayonnaise will be ready.

Add chopped veggies directly or partially boiled water extract.

Place those veggies, in a plate garnish with jalapenos and serve with mayonnaise sauce.
