Take a bowl add chopped onions,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander leaves,garam masala powder, besan,mango powder,lime juice,salt,black salt,green chilli give it a well mix,and make a dough (don't use water it can be runny) then make onion balls and keep near the cooking side.

Heat oil in the pan and deep fry all until it becomes soft and crispy.

Yummy tasty peyaji is ready for serving, serve with hot chilli tomato sauce.
