Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 6Eggs ( two whole four whites )
  2. 100 gchickpeas boiled
  3. 100 gspinach chopped
  4. 1Onion
  5. 1Tomato
  6. 1-2Green chilli
  7. 4-5Garlic cloves
  8. 1/2Lemon juice
  9. To tasteSalt
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1tsp black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat eggs with salt, pepper, turmeric

  2. 2

    Make egg bhurji

  3. 3

    Add green chilli, garlic cloves, onion, tomato. Mix.

  4. 4

    Add spinach and cook

  5. 5

    Add boiled chickpeas. Mix.

  6. 6

    Add lemon juice. Mix cook for 2 min & switch off the flame
