Ingredients: 2 Chicken Legs cooked; 1 medium Carrot; 1 small Turnip; 1 red Pepper; 2 Garlic cloves finely chopped; 2 tsp freshly chopped ginger; 3 Red & Green chillies chopped fine; 3 spring onions chopped; 1/2 chopped cabbage; Chicken stock; 1 tsp dried thyme; 1 tsp dried mint; 1 tsp dried Basil; 1 lemongrass stalk; Chopped Corriander to finish; 1 pack Oomi protein noodles

Fresh fragrant Chicken noodle soup using a stock made from the bones. A warming broth that is good for your immune system this time of year...I have used Oomi low carb protein noodles for this recipe but feel free to use a noodle of choice

Chicken stock
1 tspdried thyme
1 tspdried mint
1 tspdried Basil
1lemongrass stalk
Chopped Corriander to finish
1 packOomi protein noodles

Steps

Chop all ingredients evenly

Cook veg over medium heat for 10 mins

Add stock & chopped chicken & cabbage cook for 20mins add chopped spring onions

Place noodles in bowl add broth & chopped coriander to serve
