Cooking Instructions

Remove the skin of both the brinjals and tomatoes

Heat oil in a pan and add five spice, chopped garlic and green chillies
- 3
Add onion saute for a while and mix salt and turmeric powder
- 4
Chopped the brinjals and tomatoes and add it into the pan mix well cook for 2-3 mins switch off the flame
