In a pressure cooker add soaked pea,as required water pinch of baking soda, salt to taste, 1tbs turmeric powder now closed the lid and pressure cook up to 3 whistles now cook for 10 min on lower flame then reduce the flame

Now in a bowl add palak, onion, gram flour, turmeric powder, green chilli, ginger, salt to taste and some little water mix it properly combined together

Now heat the wok with oil when heated properly then take a small amount of mixture and drop in hot oil flip and fry until crispy and golden brown colour on medium flame it's done

Now open the cooker and chickpeas are cooked or not

Now serve it in the plate then sprinkle some roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, then throw some finally chopped onion, green chilli, ginger and last garnishing some fresh chopped coriander leaves it's ready to serve it
