1/2 cupcurd
1 cupsooji
as neededwater
to taste salt
1-2 pinchmeetha soda
1 cupfinely chopped mix vegetablesbcapsicum, carrot, Onion,greenchillies
1/2 tspgrated ginger
as neededcoriander leaves

Steps

Mix all the ingredients and make batter like we make for dosa. Add salt as per your taste.

Grease appears pan with oil. Keep it on sim flame. Add better in the pan.cover and cook it in medium flame.

Serve it with sauce.
