  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspBaking soda
  • as neededButter for greasing
  • as neededFor Serving pudina chutney and tomato sauce

    In bowl add batter, rice,green chilli,tomato,Onion,Coriander leaves,Red chilli powder and Salt,mix it well

    Grease uttapam pan,Add batter and cook it from both the side till it golden brown
