Steps

In a pressure cooker heat oil, Then add cumin seeds mustard seeds garlic,kadhi leaves, coriander leaves turmeric powder and chopped colocasia leaves saute everything.

Add soaked groundnuts,chana dal mix masala jaggery and salt, mix all the ingredients well.

Add 1 cup water and let everything cook up to 3 Whistles. After 3 Whistles switch off the flame and keep the cooker aside for 5 mins.

After 5 minutes open the lid of the cooker, Add the coconut paste and tamarind paste and also add 1/4 cup water and mix well.

Put the pressure cooker again on flame and let cook for 5 minutes.

Serve this bhaji(Aloo Cha Fatfata) with bhakri,roti or Plain rice.
