Ingredients

  2. 4Potato medium sized
  3. 1 cupCorns
  4. 4 slicesCheese
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspBlack pepper
  7. 1Egg
  8. as requiredBread crumbs

Cooking Instructions

    Boil chicken, corn and potatoes.

    Take all ingredients and mix well together and make cutlet shape.

    Dip in egg and coat with bread crumbs and fry until golden and crisp.

    Ready to serve enjoy with tomato ketchup.
