Steps

Wash & soak basmati rice for 1/2 hr. Soak Soya Chunks in hot salty water for 10 mins.

Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon in hot oil.

Add chopped onions. When onions become pink, add chopped tomatoes. Simmer for 3-4 mins.

Add salt, meat masala. Add soaked Soya bean Chunks.

Add soaked rice. Add water. Bring it to boil.

Simmer the rice on low flame till water dries up & rice is cooked properly. Serve hot with Mint Raita.
