Rice murukku

Take bowl and mix rice flour,refined flour, yoghurt, butter, carom seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, salt. Now pour water+milk little by little till make smooth dough.

Heat oil in kadai. Fill the mould with dough. Now press and make spirals on news paper.

Place the murukku in the kadai. Deep fry at slow flame till it become golden brown and crispy.

Cool murukku completely and store in the air tight container.
