Ingredients

  • 250 gmfish
  • 2 tspcurd
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspfish masala
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/4 tspgreen chilli sauce
  • 1/4 tspvinegar
  • as neededoil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadhai add oil for frying.In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.coat fish with all the spices nicely.now keep it aside for 1 hour.after one hour heat oil.now take the pieces of fish and deep fry it.serve hot with lemon or cream sauce.
