Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbasmati rice
  2. 2 cupwater
  3. 1/2 tspcumin seeds (jeera)
  4. 2 tspDesi ghee

    In a hot kadhai add ghee and cumin seeds.now add rice and water.mix well.cover with plate.cook untill rice cooked.serve hot.
