Ingredients

  • 1 cupbasmati rice
  • 2 cupwater
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds (jeera)
  • 2 tspDesi ghee

    In a hot kadhai add ghee and cumin seeds.now add rice and water.mix well.cover with plate.cook untill rice cooked.serve hot.
