Take Maida in a bowl. Add water as much needed. Knead into a dough. Make small balls.

Now take borad and rolling pin. Roll it into paratha. Brush oil in pan. Fry paratha.

Beat egg in a bowl. Add turmeric powder and salt. Whisk it. Flip the paratha to fry both side

Spread the beaten egg. Flip it carefully. Transfer it on a plate, with the egg side facing up.

Take a bowl. Chop onion and cucumber in it. Sprinkle pepper power and salt on it. Now make a row of this on the middle of the paratha. Squeeze lemon juice on it.

Wrap it. Serve it with sauce.
