2.5 cupsugar
100 gmbutter or cooking oil
1 tbspvanilla essence
8 tbspchoco powder
1 tspbaking powder
1 tspbaking soda
100 gmcherry
2 packetgems for garnishing
as neededChocolate syrup for garnishing

Take mixer bowl add butter, egg and sugar mix well (whisk)after 10 minutes add flour,baking powder,baking soda,chocho powder and mix well,

Than add vanilla essence, melted chocolate and cherry mix well

Transfer into baking tray and bake for 40 minutes at 180℃ or Microwave (auto cake option)

After that check it with toothpick if it's not sticky means it's well cooked,

For garnishing - on the top add chocolate syrup than in mid cherry and decoration with gems (decoration is your way or choice)
