I’m pretty sure I found this recipe in a magazine. It’s basically a banana blondie. The original recipe called for cream cheese icing but I made a simple ganache to top it.

Basically, chocolate chips, butter, and milk melted into a sauce.

Ingredients

1/2 cupbutter (1 stick)
3eggs
1 teaspoonVanilla
1 teaspoonbaking soda
2 cupssugar
3-4really ripe bananas
2 cupsflour
to tasteSalt

Steps

Combine butter, sugar, eggs, bananas, and vanilla and cream it.

Mix flour and baking soda and salt; then add to wet ingredients.

Mix well till you have a cake batter consistency and appearance.

Bake in a greased pan at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
