Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupbutter (1 stick)
  • 3eggs
  • 1 teaspoonVanilla
  • 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 2 cupssugar
  • 3-4really ripe bananas
  • 2 cupsflour
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine butter, sugar, eggs, bananas, and vanilla and cream it.

  2. 2

    Mix flour and baking soda and salt; then add to wet ingredients.

  3. 3

    Mix well till you have a cake batter consistency and appearance.

  4. 4

    Bake in a greased pan at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
