In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, green chillies, onion, haldi powder and Red chilli powder. Sauté for 2 mins. Add mashed potatoes. Now add garam masala, amchur powder,black pepper and salt to taste. Mix well for 5 mins in low flame.

Apply butter on bread and stuff it with the prepared potatoes, cover it with another slice. Now grill it in a griller for 5 mins
