Take a big bowl, add bajra flour.

Add salt then add water in batches a make a dough. Divide dough into equal pieces,

Take a rolling pin to roll out each pieces.

Now heat the tawa or non stick pan. Apply ghee or oil on it and take the bajra roti on it. Now cook both side till crispy. Now serve with butter or sarso saag.
