Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlboiled chane with water
  2. as neededGhee
  3. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 tsplemon juice
  6. as needed coriander leaves
  7. 1 bowl fried rusk
  8. 4 tspfinely chopped onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a deep pan add chana water and some boiled chane cook it on low flame in 10 min.

  2. 2

    Now add ghee,Salt,black pepper cook again for 10 min.

  3. 3

    Now pour into a serving bowl add lemon juice and roasted rus,some coriander leaves.

  4. 4

    Serve hot.
