Ingredients

  • 1 bowlboiled chane with water
  • as neededGhee
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • as needed coriander leaves
  • 1 bowl fried rusk
  • 4 tspfinely chopped onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a deep pan add chana water and some boiled chane cook it on low flame in 10 min.

  2. 2

    Now add ghee,Salt,black pepper cook again for 10 min.

  3. 3

    Now pour into a serving bowl add lemon juice and roasted rus,some coriander leaves.

  4. 4

    Serve hot.
