Peel yam and cut into desired shape

Preheat oil in a pan and throw in some onions

Sprinkle little salt on the yam after washing and gentle throw in hot oil, fry until soft

For the sauce, get the required ingredients

Preheat oil, add chopped onions and spices as desired, add in the remaining ingredients and continue frying for 3minutes. Finally add in seasonings to taste. You can wash down with a cup of green tea. Enjoy
