Then add your fried meat of fish into the fried pepper and onion, pour little water inside the mixture and stir, then add the clean beans, add all your spices, add little potash water, add sliced onion, add your curry leaves, bay leaves and thyme, stir and cover the pot and allow to cook for 30 mins, until the beans is well cook.

If the beans is soft, you will observe the soup is becoming thicky, if so, then add your sliced spinach leaf and add more spices to your taste. And cover for about 2 mins.

If the soup is thicky, then your beans soup is ready, off the fire and allow to cool. This is an African meal, it is best serve with tuwon shinkafa. You can serve it with any kind of tuwo of your choice.. It is healthy and delicious..
