Soak tamarind for 10 minutes

Slice tomato, onion, green chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves, garlic

Take a pan, turn on the stove, pour oil, once the oil heats pour mustard and cumin seeds, once it stars spluttering put garlic, onion, curry leaves, green chilli, turmeric, salt. Roast it for 2 minutes in low flame. Pour tomatoes, close the lid and keep the stove in low flame, open the lid and check whether the tomato cooked.

Then put tamarind rasam and water and boil for 5-6 minutes. Taste and put salt if required. Put coriander leaves.

Take it into the bowl and serve hot with rice.
