Heat oil on a pan add greated ginger+ garlic add onion and stirring

Add in diced beef seasoning,black pepper and curry stirring,add water cover it and cook for 10min

Add in diced tomato, Scotch bonnet and red pepper stir and cook

Then put your diced green pepper for garnishing.
