Heat 1-liter milk stir continuously when starts boiling turn off gas and keep stirring for 5-7 mins. Dissolve citric acid in water and add little in milk till the milk starts curdling strain and add ice cold water and squeeze completely and hung it for 1/2 an hour.

Add 1-tbsp maida in chenna and knead for 8-10 minutes gently to smoothen it make 8 equal portions and shape it in oval shape. Heat a pan add sugar and water and elaichi when sugar dissolves and starts boiling add gulla one by one and cover the lid and cook for 15-minutes.

Heat a pan add ghee milk powder, soaked saffron milk, milk & cook till dough consistency cool and mix powder sugar. Give cut in center of chumchum and fill this stuffing roll-on desiccated coconut and garnish with tutti frutti and serve YUMMY chum chum in a plate.
