Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion, fry it till turn reddish add fish,and all the ingredients except cornflour and all-purpose flour. Fry the fish with masala. Switch off the flame and let it cool. After cooling add flour and make a roll.

In another pan heat oil and dip fry the rolls.Serve as starter or evening tea time snacks.Garnish with onion and tomato sauce.
