1 cupquinoa
1 tablespoonOil
as requiredUrad dal for tempering
as requiredChana dal for tempering
1/2 tspMustard seeds
1/2 tspJeera
pinchHing
1 tspGinger
fewcurry leaves
somecoriander leaves
fewBroccoli florets
1/2 cupCabbage
1Carrot
1/2 cupPeas

Steps

Heat oil in a deep kadhai. Add all tempering ingredients.

Add vegetables of your choice.

Add turmeric and salt.

Add water and let it come to boil.

Rinsed Quinoa under running tap water.

Add Quinoa to boiling water and cook till it's done.
