2eggs
1/3 cupoil
2 tspvanilla essence
1/2 cupbuttermilk(1/2cup milk+1tbsp vinegar)
1/4 cupboiling water

Preheat oven at 180 degrees

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl

Mix all the wet ingredients in another bowl except water

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mix and beat along with a beater until mixed

Add the hot water and give a final mix

Fill greased cupcake liners with your batter(half) and bake for 15-20 minutes or until baked.
