Ingredients

2 potatoes
to tastesalt
1 tbspcorn flour
1/3 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tsp carom seeds
as neededOil for frying
to tasteChat masala

Steps

1

Peel & cut the potatoes in thin slices.

Put them in a bowl & marinate them with all ingredients for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a karahi & deep fry the potatoes.Take them out on a tissue paper to absorb excess oil.

Serve hot with any chutney of ur choice.
