  • 1 bowllotus seed or makhana
  • 1 tspghee
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • to tasteSalt

    Dry roast makhana for 30 sec.add ghee,salt & pepper powder mix well and microwave for 30 sec. Roasted lotus seeds are ready for serve.
