Slice your onion and scotch bonnet.

Fry the onion and scotch bonnet a little and add small seasoning.

Mix your fish and onion together with the scotch bonnet.

Spread margarine on top of the sliced bread and Put your mixed sardine.

Add another sliced bread on top.

Put it inside toaster and toast it for 10minutes.

It's now ready.
