Steps

Peel & cut the green gourd in small pieces.

Heat pure ghee in cooker with chopped onions till they become translucent.

Now add all the ingredients & mix well.Add chopped tomatoes & cook till they become mashy.Add green gourd pieces with 1 glass of water.

Cover the cooker with lid & give it 2 -3 whistles.open the lid & cook till all water absorbs.

Now mash it.

Serve hot with roti.
