Steps

In a pan take oil add mustard, cumin add garlic, onion,curry leaves,green chillies (optional) saute. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and saute.

Add water salt and bring to boil

Add besan and mix immediately to avoid lumps

Cook for 5 mins stir and cook for more 5-8 mins.

Ready to serve with bhakri
