In a pan dry roast vermicelli(can use roasted ones also directly)

In a pan take oil add mustard,peanuts. Add hing chopped onion and tomato and saute

Add sugar, red chilli powder and add vermicelli and roast for more 5 mins.

Add salt, water and cook covered for 5-8 mins.

Ready to serve with garnishing
