Steps

In bowl add both flours and add all dry ingredients except cheese mix together and add water little by little and make a soft dough.

Knead the dough for 10mins or till it springs back when you touch it.

Keep it aside for 1 hour with samp cloth. Cover it till it comes double in size. Take out dough again knead to remove air bubbles.

Divide the dough into two equal parts. Roll it like thick chapati and apply butter and garlic. Put some chopped olives and sweetcorn.sprinkle cheese on it.close the dough and press corners.

Keep it on the kitchen counter for 10 mins cover with samp cloth. Until preheat the oven

Make impression with knife do not cut apply butter on it sprinkle garlic, oregano and chilli flakes. Bake for 20 to 25mins at 170°c. Or till golden brown. Serve hot

NOTE:- you can make in advance and reheat in microwave.
