In a bowl mashed sirdeen add chopped onion mix together nd set aside

Spread the egg mixture nd cheese, put carrots nd cucumber on top then place another bread on it and spread sirden mixture

Place another bread nd rolled

Set grilling pan on medium heat apply little butter and put the rolled sandwich nd toast until the cheese melt
