Soak rice for 30 mins

Slice green chilli, curry leaves

Put a pan on the stove, pour oil, once the oil heats put jeera green chilli, curry leaves, baadam. Roast it for 1 minute in low flame.

Once it gets roasted, remove water from the rice, pour the rice and mix it, close the lid, keep the stove in low flame., open the lid and add water, put some salt, keep the stove in high flame by closing the lid, once the water starts bubbling keep the stove in low flame and mix it well, close half of the lid.

Once it cooked take it into a bowl and serve hot with any side dish.
