For hot and sour soup
5 cupsChicken stock
1 cupBoil and shredded chicken
1/2 cupCabbage
1/2 cupCarrot
1 bunchSpring onion
to tasteSalt
1 tspBlack pepper
4 tbspVinegar
2 tbspSoya sauce
2 tbspHot sauce
1 tspSugar
1 tbspChilli garlic paste
3 tbspCorn flour
1Beaten egg
Coriander for granish

Cut all the vegetables

In a saucepan add chicken stock

Heat the stock and add all the ingredients, chicken and vegetables

Cook for 15 mins.

In a bowl mix cornflour with little water and add in soup
6

In last add beaten egg and fresh chopped coriander and serve hot
