Lemon Chicken in the Oven with Potatoes (from mamatsita)

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, combine the marinade ingredients, add the chicken, and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for about half an hour or longer if desired.

Peel and cut the potatoes into relatively small pieces. Place them in a deep bowl and add the ingredients for the potatoes. Mix the potatoes well and spread them in a baking dish.

Place the chicken pieces on top of the potatoes, add the remaining marinade and 1 cup of water.

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for about one hour.
