Ingredients

3 cansblack beans 15oz
1 cancrushed tomatoes 15oz
1onion chopped, diced
1/4of a jalapeno pepper, chopped
3 clovesgarlic chopped
2 Tolive oil
1 Teaspooncumin
1/2 teaspoonchipotle pepper powder
1/2 teaspoonbasil

Saute onions, garlic, jalapeno

Blend two cans and liquid of black beans until smooth pasty

When onions are softened add all ingredients together

Simmer 15 minutes, salt to taste

Serve with toppings, scallions, chips, sour cream, cheese, avacado
