Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgPalak
  2. 1 barBahey (lotusroots)
  3. Oil for cooking
  4. 1-2Onion
  5. 2Tomatoes
  6. 4-5Green chilli
  7. Yougut 4 tb spoon
  8. White zeera 1 t spn
  9. 4-5Red raw chilli
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. Red chilli powder 1/2 tb spoon
  12. pinchHaldi
  13. Coriander powder 1 / 2 tbspn

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut n wash palak n lotus roots.

  2. 2

    Take oil in pan n add cutted onion till it becomes brown add spinach n lotus roots n stir well.add spices as well

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes n yuogt n cover for 15 in in pressure cooker with 1 glass of water

  4. 4

    Take oil in pan n take white zeera n raw chilli as tarka.for gravy. N serve with rice roti or chapati
