Cut n wash palak n lotus roots.

Take oil in pan n add cutted onion till it becomes brown add spinach n lotus roots n stir well.add spices as well

Add tomatoes n yuogt n cover for 15 in in pressure cooker with 1 glass of water

Take oil in pan n take white zeera n raw chilli as tarka.for gravy. N serve with rice roti or chapati
