Veg Momos, a steamed or fried dumpling stuffed with mixed vegetables. Momos is a Famous food of Tibet.
Steps

Mix all ingredients of dough, prepare a soft dough by adding water as needed. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 20-25 minutes.

Heat oil in pan. saute garlic, ginger and green chilies. Now add spring onion and saute on high flame.

Now add carrot, capsicum and cabbage.

Now add black pepper, salt, Soya sauce, vinegar. Mix it gently.

Knead the dough again for a minute and divide it into equal portions.

Now dust with some maida and start to roll using a rolling pin.

Now put prepared stuffing, apply the water of edges. Fold it like Gujhiya's, seal all the edges. Fold it again.

Steam momos for 10-12 minutes.

Veg momos serve with red chutney.
