Ingredients

  • 250 gmkala chana
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • as neededcurry Leaves
  • as neededcoriander leaves for garnishing
  • 1 tspcarionder powder
  • 1 tspchilli Powder
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 pinchAsafoetida
  • 2 tspoil
  • 2 tsplemon juice
  • 1 tspCumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Saok the black chana overnight hand wash cleanly and in pressure cooker take 5 whistle and keep aside

    Chopped the onions and tomatoes and green chillies and ginger garlic paste keep aside.

    In a pan put oil and heat it then add jeera underpins Hing and onions price for one minute then add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes and all dry masala son FRI for 2 minutes then add boiled chana and FRI for 5 minutes and put some water and cover and cook for 5 minutes and off the flame and put lemon juice mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.

    Chana kanghou is ready serve with hot chapati.....
