Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 200 gmscashewnuts
  2. 200 gmswalnuts
  3. 200 gmsalmond
  4. 100 gmsmagaj /watermelonseeds
  5. 300 gmsdates seed less
  6. 100 gmsdesiccated coconut
  7. 200 mlWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast all the nuts separately and cool for 5 mins

  2. 2

    Coarsely grind these nuts in mixer jar. Don't make fine Powder. Keep it out

  3. 3

    Then make a paste of dates and water

  4. 4

    Heat a kadhai and cook this dates paste until it is thick.

  5. 5

    Cool for 5 mins

  6. 6

    After that add coarsely grinded nuts into cooked dates. Mix it well, then add desiccated coconut and mix properly.

  7. 7

    Make laddu of this mixer as per your choise. Then coat with dessicated coconut laddu
